No. Your Mac connects to your email provider without a Sutok mail backend, either directly or through a proxy or SSH tunnel you configure. Sutok does use online services for licensing, trial, updates, downloads, checkout, support, and transactional email, but it does not route mail content accessed by the app to those services.
