Terms

Last updated 21 August 2026

What these terms cover

These terms are the agreement between you and Amplify d.o.o. for the use of Sutok, the Mac email app published at sutok.app. Installing or using Sutok means accepting them.

What you may do with the app

You may install and use Sutok for your own use, personal or work, on every Mac you own or control.

Your licence is personal to you. It cannot be sold, rented, shared, or passed on to someone else.

You may not copy the app in order to distribute it, take it apart to build a competing product, or remove the notices inside it.

The 7-day trial

Sutok is free to use for 7 days from the first time you open it. The trial needs no account and no card.

When the 7 days are up, Sutok asks you for a key. Nothing is deleted and no account is disconnected: the mail already on your Mac stays where it is, and entering a key carries on from there.

Buying, and who you are buying from

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase of Sutok.

Paddle takes the payment, handles any sales tax or VAT that applies, and issues your invoice. Your card details are given to Paddle and are never seen by the developer.

Because Paddle sells the app to you, your purchase is also covered by Paddle’s own buyer terms.

Refunds

Sutok has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund and cancellation policy for eligibility, how to request a refund, and what happens to your licence afterward.

One purchase, not a subscription

Sutok costs $49, paid once. There is no recurring charge, nothing renews, and the app does not switch itself off at a later date.

Updates

New versions of Sutok are published from time to time. Sutok does not update itself, so a new version is downloaded from sutok.app in the same way as the first one.

There is no promise to publish updates on any particular schedule, or forever.

Mail data and online services

Mail content does not reach Sutok-operated infrastructure. The app connects from your Mac to your mail provider, using any proxy or SSH tunnel you configure, and keeps its mail mirror on your Mac. Messages you send travel through your provider to the recipients you choose.

Sutok and its service providers use separate online infrastructure for licensing, trial, updates, downloads, checkout, support, and transactional email. Sutok does not route mail content accessed by the app to those services. See the Privacy policy and Google Data Help for details.

Acceptable use

Use Sutok lawfully, and only with email accounts you are entitled to access.

Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, and do not use it in a way that breaks the terms of the email providers you connect it to.

No warranty

Sutok is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, Amplify d.o.o. gives no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, free of faults, or fit for a particular purpose.

Your mail lives on your own Mac, so keeping your own backups is your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

So far as the law allows, Amplify d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost or damaged data. Total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending this agreement

You may end this agreement whenever you like by stopping use and deleting the app. Deleting the app bundle does not by itself remove Sutok’s Application Support profile, logs, Keychain items, Notification Center history, exported files, provider-side data, or external backups. Follow the full-uninstall guidance for the local data you want to remove.

This agreement ends automatically if these terms are broken in a serious way.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Carrying on using the app after a change means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and the courts of Zagreb deal with any dispute arising from them.
